Return Policy

An Important Message to our Valued Customers

Due to industry-wide production issues stemming from COVID-19, many of our products are experiencing longer than average shipping times. While we are working to update the site with accurate shipping timelines, our estimated delivery dates are based on historical shipping information which may be impacted by supply chain issues and subject to delays. Due to these delays our incoming call volume has risen substantially, which has led to longer hold times. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this may be causing. Rest assured we’re working diligently to reach any customer who has requested contact via email or a return call. We’re truck enthusiasts who understand how eager our customers are to get their parts and upgrade their trucks. We ask for your patience as our service team continues to work toward addressing all of your questions, concerns, and return requests.

1. Fill out the form on this page Be sure to include all requested information. This will begin the returns process.

2. Receive Return Material Authorization We'll send you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) along with a return shipping label to get the product back to us.

3. Pack It Up & Ship It Back Pack the product in its original packaging. Include all items and note any missing parts.

4. Receive Refund or New Item Once the product is received, we'll issue your refund or ship the new item.

Free Returns within 30 Days

We're making returns easy. For purchases made on or after January 1, 2019, you can return all or part of your purchase for free within 30 days. Some exclusions apply. See below for details.

Freight Returns

Freight orders are not eligible for returns unless ZEJUNCY was at fault. 

If you are returning or exchanging an item that shipped freight for any of the reasons listed below, you will not be subject to return shipping costs or fees.

Acceptable Freight Return Exceptions

  • You placed an order over the phone and we sent you the wrong item.

  • The product you received has a manufacturer's defect.

  • The manufacturer sent you a product different from the one you ordered.

Remember to inspect freight orders upon delivery, and do not accept delivery if the item is damaged or not what you ordered. Refuse the order and call us right away at +86-13372415519.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Some items are not eligible for return. These items include:

1. Items shipped to you via freight, such as monitors,camera,grille,AI adapter, bumpers, and power running boards. See Freight Returns for more details, or give us a call to clarify at +86-13372415519.

2. Custom-made and custom-painted products, unless ZEJUNCY is at fault. ZEJUNCY will cover all costs associated with the return of custom-made products if:

  • You placed an order over the phone and we sent you the wrong item.

  • The product you received has a manufacturer's defect.

  • The manufacturer sent you a product different to the one you ordered.

3. Items with visible wear and tear.

4. Items that have been installed, modified, drilled, or cut.

5. Items outside of the manufacturer's warranty.

6. Items with the "non-returnable" logo.

Returns After 30 Days

Need to return something that was delivered more than 30 days ago? It'll be subject to manufacturer approval, plus a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs if the manufacturer will accept it. Give us a call at +86-13372415519 and we'll help get the process started.

Common Reasons for Return

Defective Product

We handle hundreds of thousands of items, and sometimes things go wrong. If an item arrives to you defective, let us know and we'll make it right.

Damaged Product

Items ship out all the time, and sometimes accidents happen. Though rare, sometimes items can arrive to you with damaged packaging. Let us know right away if this occurs so that we can make it right.

Incorrect Product

Incorrect orders happen, we understand. If you receive an incorrect order or if we guaranteed fitment over the phone or chat and the product does not fit your truck, give us a call. Sometimes it's a simple fix, and if not we'll get the return process started. Either way, we'll make it right.

Lost Package

Processing time differs from order to order, but shipping is always on us. If your package tracking information says delivered but you haven't received it yet, let us know. We'll get in touch with the shipper and track it down. If we can't find it, we'll ship a new product and handle the claim.

First, double check the package isn't hidden or with a neighbor or roommate for safe keeping. If it's still lost, let us know so we can file a claim. We'll process your replacement and handle the details so you can rest easy.

Don't Like It

Has your item arrived but it doesn't look the way you envisioned it? We completely understand and want you to be happy with the products you're putting on your truck. Give us a call, and we'll get a return started.

Warranty Claim

ZEJUNCY handles missing parts, damages, returns, lost package claims, and other inquiries within 30 days of receipt of your order. For issues outside of this time frame please contact the manufacturer warranty department directly. This will streamline the resolution process and prevent communication gaps, which can cause your claim to be further delayed. Below you will find a list of the documentation that they may require so you can begin your request.

The information you will need to provide is:

  • Include your Contact name, address and day time phone number

  • Describe the Product you purchased (Include the year, model of vehicle)

  • Describe the Problem in one simple paragraph, when possible

  • Attach Images illustrating the problem

  • Attach Proof of Purchase (copy of your original sales receipt)
